Card Creator is our monthly card making challenge. Every few months a new theme will be chosen and it is up to you the members to create the deck!

Rules

______________________________

1. The very outside black border must remain intact, you can change anything and everything on the inside and you are even welcome to change the color of the border but it has to be there.
2. The image must be an anime image, it can be from an episode or promotional pictures so long as it is anime (no manga/game images allowed)
3. All cards need to be submitted in PNG format for consistency. The transparent corners should be transparent, however if your image program doesn't allow for that no worries I can edit it later, but keep in mind not to put anything there you wanted shown as it will be erased in the process.
4. Do not put in the deck name or number on your card! Once voting is finished for the round I will add in all that good stuff.
5. Submission are due by: July 31st
6. Not a rule so much... Below is a template to be used in the making of your card, remember the very outside black border is to remain everything else you are free to get rid of or tweak as you please.
